Spanish Vocabulary
Mike Zollo is an experienced teacher, author and examiner in languages at every level; he has taught languages for 37 years. He graduated in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
After 16 years teaching from beginners to Advanced level in 11-18 comprehensive schools, seven of them as Head of Languages Faculty, he moved to the tertiary vocational sector as Senior Lecturer in Italian, Spanish, French and at Britannia Royal Naval College. He taught naval officers there for a further 16 years, 9 of them as Head of Modern Languages.
He then moved on to working as a Distance Learning Tutor in Spanish, French and Latin, teaching students all over the UK by video-conferencing. He is also a part-time Teaching Fellow on the PGCE course at the Graduate School of Education, the University of Exeter.
